Lakeview Hills has invited us to attend a special Firewise event they are holding at their clubhouse at 8062 North Lake Circle on Thursday, April 10th at 6pm. They are having special guest speakers who will cover home hardening, fire resistant plantings, and prescribed fires for clearing.

We'll have coffee and donuts and lots of Easter eggs hidden!

At Raley's Granite Bay

Hidden Valley has invited Walden Woods homeowners to attend their Firewise event on Wednesday, May 14th, at their clubhouse at 7490 West Lane. The event runs from 6:30 - 8:00pm, with the opportunity to examine the emergency vehicles in the parking lot beginning at 6:00pm.

The next bi-annual Firewise Cleanup Week will be happening May 16th - May 23rd. We will bring in the large green waste bins again, with them to be placed at the end of Vireo Way, the beginning of Mimus (near Walden Woods Way), and on Quantiva Court. We will not be arranging or paying for Placer County chipping, but we recommend you take advantage of this affordable chipping program for large piles of branches.

The Board of Directors will hold an Executive Meeting this Thursday at 6:00 pm by Zoom to discuss the Common Area survey that was completed 7/31/23. Two Board Members are recused from this discussion.
